{My Review}

I had so much fun using this software! I love scrapbooking but I am terrible for dragging all of my material out and never actually finishing my project because I have nowhere to leave all the paper and embellishments while I am working on it. As I'm sure you know, you cannot leave craft items laying around on your kitchen table with a toddler around!

My Memories digital software is a fantastic alternative to traditional scrapbooking. You download the software in minutes and can complete a page in seconds if you want. Or you can spend hours adding and deleting and trying all of the awesome elements included in the software.

I love that there are 30 templates already made up for you. You just add your photos! If you want you can tweak it any way you want by adding page elements, changing colors, sizes and shapes or adding text.

I am not that creative when starting from scratch but I loved editing the existing templates.

Here is an album I made of my boys. I used the Building Blocks template that came with the software.

I took the basic template and added a couple things such as the red and yellow flowers, puzzle piece and buttons, all of the text and repositioned the photos and changed their sizes and shapes.

You can start from a blank page if you want and add layer upon layer.

It did take me awhile to figure out the software. I jumped in blindly and did a lot of trial and error. I literally JUST discovered My Memories YouTube channel! They have 14 video tutorials that show you step-by-step how to use their software. The videos make it much easier.

My Memories Facebook page is very interactive and helpful as well. I had a question, posted it on their page an had an answer within hours. They have giveaways and "speed scraps" often as well. On Friday Freebie they have a free craft, kit or embellishment that you can download just by sharing their page.

I also downloaded two free kits. There are many free kits, pages and elements to choose from. I clicked add to cart, check out, download, then extract and install. It was completely free and I had a kit of snowy pages and birthday elements downloaded and added automatically into my software. I spent about an hour searching for them before asking on their Facebook page. I thought the purchased kits would be somewhere else but they were sent directly into MyMemories software and added to my existing page elements.

There are thousands of extra packages you can buy for low prices. The kits include papers, word art, embellishments and more. They cover every theme you can think of: seasons, holidays, boys, girls, school, sports, travel, family and more.

You have to make sure you scroll down when you are creating your pages. While creating the above picture, I realized I had only done the top half of the page. I had to reposition and enlarge some elements to make it fill the page.

MyMemories Suite scrapbooking software is so much fun. It is addictive! I want to keep going back in and adding to my pages and albums. The kits are great for creating themed albums.
