Chocolate Banana Mini Muffin #Recipe

{Ingredients} 
  • 4 overripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

{Method}
  • Mash bananas
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Pour into lightly greased muffin tins
  • Bake for 30 minutes on 350°
  • Makes 24 mini muffins or 12 regular muffins

These would be great in kids' lunches and are the perfect size for toddlers to eat without making a mess.

  1. Bananas and miracle whip? Seriously? I never ever would have thought of that. I am pinning this now because that is so worth trying. Also we really never combine banana unless it's oatmeal. This sounds interesting and scrumptious. Thanks!

    1. I use Miracle Whip to replace eggs often in recipes. It makes them very moist.

  4. OK, I'm amazed by the addition of Miracle Whip too but I guess it would make them nice and moist. Love chocolate and bananas so these are definitely a must try. Thanks!

  5. My mom makes a chocolate cake that uses miracle whip too! I could never eat it as a kid because the thought of it made me afraid, everyone loved it though!!
