Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Drops #Recipe {Gluten Free}

No-bake gluten-free cookie drops.



{Ingredients}

{Method}
  • Combine coconut oil, honey, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a saucepan
  • Boil for 3 minutes
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, coconut and vanilla
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper
  • Place in freezer for one hour
  • Keep refrigerated
  • Makes a dozen large drops

  8. Yum! These are SO good, and dairy-free! SCORE!!!! Adding a 1/2 cup of sliced almonds adds a nice touch too, FYI :-)
